Gaura Purnima
Grand celebration of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's appearance day — the Golden Avatar who came to spread the Hare Krishna movement.

Rama Navami
Celebrating Lord Ramachandra's divine appearance. Programs include Ramayana recitation, kirtan, and prasadam.

Akshaya Tritiya
Auspicious day for new beginnings, donations, and devotional activities. Special programs in the temple.

Panihati Cida Dahi Mahotsava
Festival of chipped rice and yogurt, commemorating the pastime of Raghunatha Das Gosvami and Lord Nityananda.

Ratha Yatra (Chariot Festival)
Grand procession of the deities of Lord Jagannatha, Baladeva, and Subhadra on a decorated chariot through the streets of Kanpur.

Balarama Jayanti
Appearance day of Lord Balarama, the elder brother of Lord Krishna.
Jhulana Yatra
Five-day swing festival where the deities of Radha and Krishna are placed on a decorated swing. Beautiful bhajans and decorations.
Janmashtami
The most celebrated festival — Lord Krishna's divine appearance. Day-long programs, midnight arati, drama, and a grand midnight celebration.
Srila Prabhupada's Vyasa Puja
Celebration of the appearance day of ISKCON's Founder-Acharya, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

Radhashtami
Joyful celebration of the appearance of Srimati Radharani, the most beloved devotee and eternal consort of Lord Krishna.

Vijayadashami (Dussehra)
Celebration of Lord Rama's victory over Ravana — a triumph of dharma over adharma.
Kartik Month Programs
The holy month of Kartik (Damodara). Daily evening programs with Damodarastakam prayers, deepa dan (lamp offerings), and special discourses.

Utthana Ekadashi
Lord Vishnu awakens from His four-month yoga-nidra sleep. Special fast and celebrations.
Diwali (Lakshmi Puja)

Govardhan Puja (Annakut)
Annakut — a mountain of food is offered to Lord Krishna and displayed in the temple. Worship of Govardhan Hill.

Festival celebrating the bond between brothers and sisters in the spirit of Krishna consciousness.
Srila Prabhupada's Disappearance Day
Commemorating the departure of ISKCON's Founder-Acharya in 1977. Special bhajan, kirtan, and remembrance programs.

Gita Jayanti
Celebration of the day Lord Krishna spoke the Bhagavad-gita to Arjuna 5,000 years ago. Recitation, discourse, and spiritual programs.
New Year Kirtan Marathon
